XB1 will now see an average fps increase of 2.375 fps!
Invisible barriers are the worst!
It's gotta be "Kinectimals 3: Now with Dinoaurs!"
I never had a problem with the 360 guide - it had everything you needed in a relatively hassle-free form with NO ADS. If the new 'guide' is now just a shortcut to an ad-ridden dashboard like that of the 360, this marks a step backwards in my books.
Another great MS propaganda piece. Can't wait to watch movies and tv for 30 seconds while the game finds a match...
Agreed, the G700 is perfect - I especially love the locking/frictionless mouse wheel. This is a good time pick up the older version since it's on sale at most places.
I can't remember the last time I played Halo 4. A remake of the Pit is great news, but I don't see this as being enough to bring me back to it anytime soon.
This doesn't explain why it's always online. Ubisoft is just trying to pull an EA with DRM, on PC and consoles this time around.
I have not yet "accepted" always online and do not see myself doing so anytime soon - especially for SINGLE PLAYER.
@ sengoku
It's titled E3 CGI Trailer. That's not to say the game won't look good, just not as good.
I'm looking forward to seeing this game maxed out on a high-end PC.
The graphics are obviously incomplete, but these images do tell us more about in-game mechanics. For instance, this confirms Battlepacks. Looks like they added in the FIFA Ultimate Team mechanic of buying packs to unlock random content - possibly with in-game credits and inevitably with real-world currency, knowing EA.
"The Bronze Battlepack contains 3 items, including:
-A minimum of 2 Standard items
-1 Bonus item with a small likelihood of rewarding an A...
@ ShinMaster
Thanks for the link, that's pretty eye-opening. And I was about to say the same thing: lens-flares, god-rays, and excessive bloom are not what next-gen graphics are about.
We need more polys and higher resolution textures, reflections and shadows. Add in a new lighting system with HDR and better quality post-process effects and we'll be one step closer to "next-gen" graphics on consoles.
I've seen 480p videos that look clearer than this one in 720p. Hard to see any real detail in it. They should have made it 1080p with a higher bitrate.
@ Eamon
Hopefully you're right and enough customers make a stand against this new DRM. I am however worried about how many people will unknowingly buy a console - be it for their kids, as a gift for their friend, etc. Plenty of parents won't even bother to read up on the details of the Xbox One prior to making the purchase, contributing to MS' sales.
"Reports about our policies for trade in and resale are inaccurate and incomplete."

Sounds like we pretty much nailed their policies back then. So MS doesn't profit off of used games, but publishers have the option of taking a cut. I can't wait! You just know how this is going to turn out with EA's track record, and it won't be good.
Still happy with my 3GB 7970 but I'll be keeping an eye out for this. Might wait for the GHz Edition of this card. Hope they bundle better games than DiRT Showdown with it next time.
Nice, cool concept and art style!
And this marks the start of gimmicky Kinect 2.0 games for the Xbox One...
LOL nice one Ubisoft, this is great! Watch Dogs looks good so far, looking forward to playing it on PC.
